2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any jp789 Service. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. jp789 enforces this requirement through KYC identity verification and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The jp789 platform is intended primarily for players residing in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law as it applies to you personally. 2.3 Single Account Rule. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on jp789. If any information changes — including your email address, phone number, or bank account details — you must update your Account profile promptly or notify jp789 support at [email protected].
3.3 Account Activation. jp789 reserves the right to refuse Account registration or to deactivate an existing Account without providing a reason, at its sole discretion, subject to any obligations arising under applicable law.
3.4 No Transfer of Account. Your Account is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any rights associated with it to any third party. Any such purported transfer is void and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
4.1 Mandatory Verification. jp789 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing any withdrawal request or granting access to elevated transaction limits. KYC verification requires submission of at least one government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian national identity card / KTP, or a valid passport) and, where applicable, proof of address.
4.2 Timing. You may deposit and play prior to completing full KYC verification. However, jp789 may withhold withdrawal processing until KYC has been completed to jp789's satisfaction. jp789 may also request KYC documentation at any time during the life of your Account.
4.3 Failure to Verify. If you fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 calendar days of a request from jp789, jp789 reserves the right to restrict your Account, suspend withdrawal access, or close your Account entirely. Real Money Funds held in a closed account will be returned to the verified payment method on record following an investigation period.
4.4 Data Handling. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with jp789's Privacy Policy. Documents are processed securely using AES-256 encryption and are not shared with third parties except where required by the licensing authority or applicable law.
5.1 Player Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jp789 username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your Account. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 Unauthorized Access. 5.4 Suspicious Activity. jp789 employs real-time session anomaly monitoring. If jp789 detects unusual login or transaction patterns, it may temporarily restrict your Account and require additional verification before restoring full access. jp789 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (bank transfers); OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallets); and Visa and Mastercard (international cards). Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 10.000 for e-wallet transactions and Rp 25.000 for bank transfers. jp789 charges zero platform fees on deposits. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own standard transfer charges, which are outside jp789's control.
Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time or within five (5) minutes for bank transfers during standard WIB banking hours (08:00–16:00, Monday to Friday). Deposits initiated outside banking hours may take longer to reflect and are subject to your bank's cut-off schedules.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and verified under your KYC profile. jp789 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Minimum withdrawal amounts are Rp 50.000 for e-wallets and Rp 100.000 for bank transfers.

7.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not activated or whose Wagering Requirements are not met within the time period stated in the specific offer terms will automatically expire and be removed from your Account Balance without notice.
7.5 One Bonus at a Time. Players may hold only one active bonus promotion at any given time, unless the specific offer terms expressly permit the simultaneous holding of multiple bonuses.
8.1 Certified RNG. 12.4 Force Majeure. jp789 is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond jp789's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, banking system outages, or acts of war or terrorism.
jp789 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to jp789's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

15.4 Language. These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
